Back to category Special purpose

A shelter is a container body that provides a protected workspace for equipment and operators (also called an equipment shelter or ISO shelter). Fibromet builds a 20 ft shelter to the standard ISO 1C size — 6058 × 2438 mm: like a shipping container, it is secured to a truck chassis by eight corner fittings or placed directly on the ground. The walls are assembled from insulated sandwich panels, so the interior is comfortable to work in all year round. The shelter comes with electrical wiring and lighting, air conditioning, windows and a lockable door, with mounting points for antennas on the roof. It serves as a communication or telecom shelter, a command post shelter for emergency services, a drone operator station, a mobile workshop or a server room. Colour to order — for example beige RAL 1001 or olive. Special versions are available on request.
